Car park:
NB If the weather has been very wet it will be necessary to use an alternate car park in Llanelwedd, and transfer people (free of charge) to the start.
Entries: pay on the day, from 10:00 till 12:00
Entry fees:
Seniors (21+) technical courses £7 (members of BOF, WOA or WMOA £5) non-technical courses £5 (£3)
Juniors (under 21) £2
Adults running with their children pay only for the children.

Help and advice are available for people new to the sport.
Safety:
Whistles are compulsory. If the weather is very poor it will be compulsory to wear a waterproof jacket. Anyone who does not comply with a request from the organiser will not be allowed to take part. In extreme cases the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event.
Drinks: Water will be provided at download, and at an unmanned drinks station on the longer courses.
